Anonymous	# Posted: 19 Nov 2008 01:07 Reply A very good place to start would be to read a book called conversations with God by neale Donald walsch.It hypnotises you,and encourages you to look within,it saved my life and continues to do so today.Ever since reading it ive seen angels,aliens,ufos(up close recently)past life experiences,Gods voice,Jesus(breathe)seen thought energy,ghosts,virgin Mary,higher selfs,beings from other universes,hands moving stars,experienced heaven occasionally in chakras.But do you know what the best thing is?Evolution never stops.So I havent experienced anything yet.Next I will give you some methods to use to reach God. __________________
Anonymous	# Posted: 19 Nov 2008 01:30 Reply These are my personal methods though there are a thousand ways to reach God.Find the best way that suits you,sing a song,dance a dance,write a letter,commune with nature,hug a tree,there are many ways.Here are the methods I use,but id like you to understand basic meditation 1st.Basically the aims of meditation is to deeply relax,and see,feel or hear something or all 3.The best way (but not the only way) for me is to lie down,eyes closed,relax,try not to think to much,silence is the key,or as God once told me "listen to the beutiful sound of silence"-Then you should start hearing,seeing or feeling things.Its best to do when your tired me thinks.Now heres a little bit of helpful advice,the more powerful your prayer the more chance you have of experiencing something.Let out your heart to the guardian angels and a very powerful method also would be to let your heart out to the stars,talk to them.One thing I once asked the stars was "Can you do this?" and in reply I heard "We can do anything"-seek an ye shall find __________________
