From my science class probability assignment of correctly guessing colored bingo chips out of a paper lunch bag and getting a 24/25 (out of 15 chips in the bag of different colors), to odd feelings before something happens (I hadn't wanted to go on a church trip and kept trying to get out frantically right before it was time to leave because I had a bad feeling. That night my sister's ex husband had been in a car accident), dreams, and sensing things that are (and sometimes aren't so) visible, among some other gifts. Meditation is a great way to start, it promotes a peaceful, quiet mind so you can hear and focus on incoming messages. As well as this, meditation will also make your energy more receptive. Try looking in to different tools such as tarot cards, pendulums and crystal balls as these represent physical objects which can be a great help. Remember, regular practice will also help - we all start slowly but you will learn to tune in to your thoughts more easily through practice.
